At Twisted Gypsies Boutique, every piece is hand-selected for its unique charm, individuality, and vintage character. Because of the exclusive and delicate nature of our inventory, all in-person sales are final and non-returnable.

For online orders, we maintain a very limited return policy to ensure product integrity and fairness to all customers. Please review the conditions below before placing your order.

Final Sale Policy

All purchases made in person at our boutique or during special events, pop-ups, or sales are considered final sale.
No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for these purchases under any circumstances.

Online Orders — Eligibility for Return

For online purchases, we may accept a return or exchange only if:

  • The item arrives damaged in transit or defective upon delivery, and
  • You contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order at [email protected], including clear photos of the item and packaging.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Any signs of wear, removal of tags, or tampering will void eligibility.

If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds (If Applicable)

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund only to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Twisted Gypsies Boutique reserves the right to issue store credit instead of a refund in certain cases.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and one-of-a-kind nature, we do not accept returns or refunds on:

-Downloadable or digital products

-Jewelry, handbags, scarves, and accessories

-Vintage or pre-loved apparel and décor

-Gift cards and sale items

-Custom, made-to-order, or limited-edition pieces

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and the shipping label.
We will prioritize replacements for the same item, but if unavailable, you may receive a store credit or refund at our discretion.

Return Shipping

All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
