📦 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
During high-volume periods (e.g., launch drops, holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs and options (standard, expedited) are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimated by the carrier once your order is in transit. Most orders arrive within:
- Standard: 3–5 business days
- Expedited: 1–3 business days

💫 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is handed off to the carrier, delivery is out of our direct control. While your order is in transit, responsibility for it passes to the carrier.
If a package is delayed, missing, or marked “delivered” but not received:
- Double-check with neighbors or your local post office.
- If the carrier cannot locate it, contact us at [email protected], and we’ll help initiate a claim.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays, re-shipping, or lost packages resulting from incorrect address entries provided at checkout.
🔄 Combined Orders & Multiple Shipments
If you place multiple orders close together, we may combine them into one shipment when possible.
Some items may ship separately if they require special packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item.
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue — either through a replacement (if available) or a refund.
